Not sure which scent to choose?
Plenty of things. First and foremost, our scents are deeply evocative and the result of months spent carefully selecting and blending essential oils – to ensure they not only fill up your home but light up your senses.
Secondly, our ceramic candle holders are made by a small team of expert ceramicists in the heart of the Potteries, Stoke-on-Trent. Like us, they are passionate about their craft. Watch the video below to see how each ceramic candle is made with care and attention to detail.
Thirdly, our ceramic candle holders are hand-decorated with illustrations that visually represent the essence of their scent. These illustrations are mighty distinctive, draw the eye and start conversations. The candle holders are also designed to be decorative yet functional. Made to fit our luxury scented candles, they’re refillable and reusable (you can use them as a plant pot, vase, or storage element of your home décor).
Lastly, we use natural soy wax and lead-free wicks. Our scented soy candles burn longer, have a strong throw, and don’t release any toxins (unlike paraffin wax candles). They’re available as 3 wick candles and 1 wick candles.
Our fine china candle holders make excellent gifts. Browse our gift guides to find the perfect gift guide for that fine lady, dashing gentleman, green-fingered gardener, or warm-hearted animal lover in your life. We also carry gift cards.
When made well, ceramics are an excellent choice for candle holders because they have high heat-resistance properties. They are also aesthetically pleasing, and durable – our own luxury ceramic candle holders are made and hand decorated by skilled ceramicists in Stoke-on-Trent, and can be reused or refilled.
There are two ways by which you can do this.
The first way is by pouring hot water into the ceramic candle holder. The wax will melt and rise to the surface. Once the water has cooled, pour the water out and ease the wax out of the ceramic candle holder.
The second way is to place the ceramic candle holder in your freezer and leave it there overnight. Freezing will cause the wax to shrink. The next morning, all you need to do is flip the ceramic candle holder upside down, and the wax should pop out.
For both, we recommend washing any remnants of wax out with hot, soapy water, before either reusing or refilling your beautiful, handmade vessel.
Our ceramic candle holders are designed to last a lifetime. They can be reused (to decorate your home, store items, etc.) or refilled with one of our eco-friendly candle refills.
The refills are designed for our 300g 1 wick ceramic candles, and are available in a variety of scents – so you can stick to the one you love, or experiment and try something new.
