Designed to decorate, as well as scent. Fine china, hand-decorated and kiln-fired in Stoke-on-Trent. An original illustration wraps the full vessel, finished by hand with a rim of 22 carat gold. When the fragrance fades, the ceramic stays.
Made in the home of British fine china.
Our ceramics are made for us by a small team of decorators in Stoke-on-Trent, who hand-decorate every piece and finish each one with 22 carat gold around the rim. Each ceramic is fired three times: once for the body, once to set the illustration into the glaze, once to fix the gold.
The wax is blended with our fragrance, before being hand-poured by our chandlers. Each piece is then packed with care in our Cheshire studio, before it leaves us for you to enjoy.

What does The Enchanted Forest Ceramic Reed Diffuser smell like?
The Enchanted Forest Ceramic Reed Diffuser. Step beneath the canopy. Birch, moss and cashmere woods settle underneath, soft and familiar, like cool earth after rain.
How long does the diffuser last?
Between 3 and 6 months, depending on the room. Warmer rooms, larger spaces and more frequent reed flipping will shorten the life; cooler rooms will extend it. The 200ml of fragrance oil is hand-blended in Cheshire, sealed in a hand-decorated fine china bottle.
How do I use the reeds, and how often should I flip them?
Insert the seven black reeds into the bottle when you first set it up. They'll soak for 24 to 48 hours before reaching full strength. Flip the reeds once a week to refresh the scent throw. Use a tissue to handle them, the oil can mark surfaces. Over time the reeds will fade and become saturated, at which point you'll want to replace them. We sell packs of seven black reeds separately.
Is the ceramic diffuser refillable?
Yes. Every fragrance is available as a 200ml diffuser refill. Pour the refill into your existing ceramic bottle and add fresh reeds for the cleanest scent throw. The refill bottles are plastic, fully recyclable. The ceramic bottle stays with you forever.
Can I keep the ceramic diffuser bottle?
Yes. The fine china bottle is hand-decorated in Stoke-on-Trent and designed to last. Refill it, or once you're done, repurpose it as a bud vase or display piece. Designed to outlast the fragrance.
Where is it made?
Everything is made in Britain. Our fine china diffuser bottles are hand-decorated in Stoke-on-Trent and finished with a 22 carat gold rim, fired three times in the traditional way. The fragrance oil is hand-blended and bottled in our Cheshire studio, packed by our small team.
Is it cruelty-free, and what's it made of?
Our hand-blended fragrance oils are alcohol-free and not tested on animals, paired with natural rattan reeds. Plastic-free outer packaging. Hand-bottled in Cheshire, ceramic hand-decorated in Stoke-on-Trent.
