Refill Service for Three Wick Ceramic Candles
Next open - March 2027 - sign up below to be notified.
Bookings for the September window closed on Sunday 13 September. The next window opens in March 2027.
If you booked before the deadline, you're in. Post your candle to us now if you haven't already; pouring starts on Monday 21 September. The address is below.
This is the only way to refill a three wick ceramic candle. There is no drop-in refill at this size, so the candle itself comes back to us and we pour it again, by hand, with genuine Chase and Wonder fragrance. We pour just twice a year, in March and September.
"I sent one off and it has now been redelivered (I paid postage out but was sent back so beautifully wrapped for free!). A new candle to enjoy again until the next time... This is recycling at its best."
John D., customer review
How it works
1. Choose your fragrance. When bookings are open, select it from the list above and book your refill. £80, rather than £150 for a new candle.
2. Send us your empty candle. This is the part to remember: the refill doesn't come to you, your candle comes to us. Make sure it's clean, then pack it securely with plenty of cushioning and put a note inside with your name and address so we can match it to your order. Post it to:

3. We refill it and return it to you, free of charge, within 30 days of it reaching us. The sooner it arrives, the sooner it's back.
Important information
This service is only available to UK delivery addresses. We recommend using a tracked service for postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for containers lost or damaged in the post.
We're often asked why we can't offer a standard refill for the three wick, as we do for our single wick candles. The reason is that at the larger size the wax just doesn't hold, and crumbles like cheese. So this is our ecological answer: the fine bone china is made to last for years, and this is how you keep using your candle as it was designed, rather than replacing it.
If you own a three wick candle and want to hear when March bookings open, make sure you're on our mailing list. The sign-up is at the foot of the page.
