Every one of our candle refills fits every 1-wick Chase and Wonder ceramic candle. Whether your vessel is The Library, The Flower Lady, or any other design in our range, the refills are built to drop in perfectly.

It takes two minutes. Rinse your empty ceramic vessel in warm soapy water to remove any leftover wax, then dry it thoroughly. Unwrap the new candle refill, drop it into the clean vessel, and light.

For best results, let your first burn run for one to two hours, or until the wax has melted all the way to the edges of the vessel.

Absolutely. This is one of the best parts of the refill system. You can reorder the same scent, or try something new every time. Since you've cleaned the vessel before dropping in the new refill, there's no lingering trace of the previous fragrance.

Each 280g refill burns for up to 80 hours, hand-poured in Britain using our vegan-friendly soy wax blend with a cotton wick. Fits perfectly inside any 1-wick Chase and Wonder ceramic.

No. 3-wick refills can't be dropped in at home; the vessel needs to be hand-poured by us.

Twice a year, in March and September, we open our Cheshire workshop for our 3-Wick Refill Service. Post us your empty vessel, choose any fragrance from our range, and we'll repour it by hand and send it back. £80 per repour, with free return postage.

We keep fragrances in our range as long as we can, but very occasionally a scent is retired. If the refill you want isn't available, get in touch and we'll help you pick the closest alternative from our current range, or point you to the Fragrance Sample Pack so you can find a new favourite.
