All of our candles, reed diffusers and plates come in their own beautiful boxes, perfect for gifting. We can also wrap these for you, and include a gift note, and ship them directly to the lucky recipient (or to you if you want to claim the glory).

Yes- but we don’t have any technical wizardry to do this, so please just reply to your order confirmation with your required delivery date, and we’ll do our very best to oblige.

We are merely passing on the costs (in actual fact we get charged more than £4.95) - we could add these on to the price of the product, but thought it was fairer to do it this way. We also offer free UK delivery on all orders over £75.

Yes, we haven’t used plastic in our packaging since 2020.  We replaced bubble wrap with a paper alternative, that not only looks smarter, works better, but is good for the planet. We also use paper tape, and the box is (less interestingly) also cardboard.

The most important thing is that you are happy with your purchase, and so we are pleased to offer you a refund or exchange if required(minus any delivery costs).All we ask is that you let us know within 30 daysof receiving the item, and that you return the item to us unused,and in the packaging and condition that we sent it in.If for some reason the item arrives damaged/faulty,please get in touch and we will take care of you.
