How do I refill my Chase and Wonder reed diffuser?
Empty any remaining oil from the vessel, give it a quick rinse with warm soapy water, and let it dry. Pour in the new refill, add fresh reeds, and you're done. It takes about 30 seconds.
Will a refill fit my existing Chase and Wonder diffuser?
Yes. All our diffuser refills are designed to work with any Chase and Wonder ceramic diffuser vessel. Simply pour in and add fresh reeds.
Do I need to buy new reeds with my refill?
We'd strongly recommend it. Old reeds lose their ability to draw up fragrance effectively. We sell spare reed packs separately, or you can add them at checkout.
How long does a refill last?
Approximately 4-6 months, the same as the original diffuser. The longevity depends on room size, temperature, and how many reeds you use.
Can I use a different fragrance from my original diffuser?
Yes. Clean the vessel with warm soapy water before switching fragrances and always use fresh reeds. There's no residue issue with our fine china vessels.

How should I store unused refill oil?
Keep refills sealed in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Unopened refills will last for at least 12 months.
