More than a candle.
Designed to decorate, as well as scent. Fine china, hand-decorated and kiln-fired in Stoke-on-Trent. An original illustration wraps the full vessel, finished by hand with a rim of 22 carat gold. When the candle is finished, the ceramic stays.
Made in the home of British fine china.
Our ceramics are made for us by a small team of decorators in Stoke-on-Trent, who hand-decorate every piece and finish each one with 22 carat gold around the rim. Each ceramic is fired three times: once for the body, once to set the illustration into the glaze, once to fix the gold.
The wax is blended with our fragrance, before being hand-poured by our chandlers. Each piece is then packed with care in our Cheshire studio, before it leaves us for you to enjoy.
Twice a year, we refill yours.
Three-wick ceramics are too large to refill the way single-wicks are. So we do it ourselves.

What does The Flower Lady 3 Wick Scented Ceramic Candle smell like?
The Flower Lady 3 Wick Scented Ceramic Candle. Imagine the scent of a bouquet you never want to put down. Cassis and green leaf open with a crisp, confident freshness before wild berries and galbanum deepen the mood. At its heart, red rose, moss and amber give the fragrance a warmth that lingers long after the moment has passed.
How long does it burn for, and how should I look after it?
Up to 100 hours. On first use, burn for 2 hours, or until the wax melts evenly to the edges. With three wicks, the scent throw is significantly larger than a single-wick candle, designed to fragrance an entire room. Burn all three wicks together, in 1 to 2 hour sessions. Trim wicks to 3mm before lighting. Never burn all the way to the bottom, and always place on a heatproof, protective surface.
Why is the 3-wick refilled by you, not me?
The 3-wick can't be drop-in refilled. The wax doesn't hold cleanly at this size, so we run a Repour Service twice a year, once in March and once in September. Send us your empty 3-wick, we re-pour it by hand in Cheshire and return it ready to burn. £80, including free return delivery.
Can I keep the 3-wick ceramic vessel?
Yes. The hand-decorated 3-wick ceramic is one of the largest pieces in the range and designed to last decades. Use the Repour Service to refill it, or once you're done with it, repurpose it as a centrepiece bowl, a planter, or a display vessel. Made to outlast the wax.
Where is it made?
Everything is made in Britain. Our fine china ceramics are hand-decorated in Stoke-on-Trent and finished with a 22 carat gold rim, fired three times in the traditional way. The candles themselves are hand-poured in our Cheshire studio, blended with fragrance and packed by our small team.
Is it cruelty-free, and what's it made of?
We use vegan-friendly soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and our fragrances are not tested on animals. Plastic-free packaging across the range. Hand-poured in Cheshire, hand-decorated in Stoke-on-Trent.
How long does delivery take, and is it free?
Free UK delivery on orders over £75. Standard UK delivery is 2 to 4 working days for £4.95. Next day UK delivery is £9.95. International shipping is calculated at checkout. Gift wrapping is available at checkout, every wrap done by hand. Easy 30 day returns, full refund or exchange. Anything not right? Let us know and we'll resolve it straight away.
