Candle: on first use, burn for 2 hours or until the wax melts evenly to the edges
Candle: trim the wick to 3mm before each light, and never burn all the way to the bottom
Diffuser: insert all 7 reeds and flip them after a few hours, then weekly to refresh the fragrance
Diffuser: keep away from direct sunlight and always place on a protective surface, as the oil may damage polished finishes
Room fragrance: hold 30cm from fabric and mist lightly. Alcohol-based, keep away from open flames
Matches: strike on the side of the box, and keep the box dry

Made in the home of British fine china.
Our ceramics are made for us by a small team of decorators in Stoke-on-Trent, who hand-decorate every piece and finish each one with 22 carat gold around the rim. Each ceramic is fired three times: once for the body, once to set the illustration into the glaze, once to fix the gold.
The wax is blended with our fragrance, before being hand-poured by our chandlers. Each piece is then packed with care in our Cheshire studio, before it leaves us for you to enjoy.

What does this gift set smell like?

Each gift set contains a 300g ceramic candle (up to 90 hours burn), a 200ml ceramic diffuser (up to 6 months), a 100ml room fragrance (approximately 1000 spritzes) and a box of long luxury matches (approximately 125). All in the same fragrance, presented in our gold-foiled illustrated gift box.
Is the gift box included?
Yes. Every gift set arrives in our gold-foiled illustrated gift box as standard. You can also upgrade to our hand-wrapped gift service for £3.99 at checkout: Chase and Wonder paper, ribbon and bow, finished by hand in our Cheshire studio.
Can I add a note?
Yes, every order can include a free note. Add your message at checkout and we'll write it by hand in our Cheshire studio. We never include prices in the paperwork.
Are the ceramic pieces refillable?
Yes. Both the ceramic candle and the ceramic diffuser are designed to be kept forever, never thrown away. Once the wax or oil has run out, order a refill in the same fragrance or try something new from the range. Refills are available for every fragrance we make.
What if the scent isn't right?
Easy 30 day returns, full refund or exchange. If the scent isn't quite right for the recipient, contact us and we'll resolve it straight away. Unopened gift sets can be exchanged for a different fragrance.
