What does The Alpine Lodge Scented Glass Candle smell like?
The Alpine Lodge Scented Glass Candle. Imagine the scent of fir trees and pine needles filling the air, with the gentle crackle of a log fire in the background. Lavender, cinnamon and clove bring to life the comfort of a welcoming lodge after a day on the slopes. Moss and cedarwood ground the fragrance, earthy and warm, like the mountains themselves.
How long does it burn for, and how should I look after it?
Between 30 and 50 hours. Hand-poured in Cheshire with 185g of vegan-friendly soy wax and a lead-free cotton wick, in a black glass vessel measuring 71mm x 83mm. On first use, burn for 2 hours, or until the wax melts evenly to the edges. Burn for 1 to 2 hours at a time. Trim the wick to 3mm before lighting. Always use a heatproof surface, and never burn all the way to the bottom.
Is the glass candle also refillable?
The glass candle isn't part of our refillable range. For the full Candle for Life experience, take a look at our ceramic candles, which are designed to be refilled indefinitely. The glass version is a brilliant entry point to the range or a thoughtful smaller gift.
What size is the glass candle?
185g of vegan-friendly soy wax in a black glass vessel measuring 71mm x 83mm. Up to 50 hour burn time. Gift boxed as standard. Proudly made in Great Britain.
Where is it made?
Everything is made in Britain. Our fine china ceramics are hand-decorated in Stoke-on-Trent and finished with a 22 carat gold rim, fired three times in the traditional way. The candles themselves are hand-poured in our Cheshire studio, blended with fragrance and packed by our small team.
Is it cruelty-free, and what's it made of?
We use vegan-friendly soy wax, lead-free cotton wicks, and our fragrances are not tested on animals. Plastic-free packaging across the range. Hand-poured in Cheshire, hand-decorated in Stoke-on-Trent.
How long does delivery take, and is it free?
Free UK delivery on orders over £75. Standard UK delivery is 2 to 4 working days for £4.95. Next day UK delivery is £9.95. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
